Great way to try caravan adventures. We will be doing it again soon.

We hired Shorty for 5 nights at Diamond Head and it was fantastic. The vans off grid features were perfect for our trip. Chris and the team were very helpful, we will definitely be hiring again!

Chris was nothing short of magnificent. At every stage of our long (104 day!) hire he was helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the trip of a lifetime. The van was wonderful - had absolutely everything we needed and nothing we didnt, and it was Chriss attitude, helpfulness, and never ending support that really made it a platinum experience. We cannot recommend him and his team highly enough - simply sensational.

It was awesome to arrive to the site and just walk into our van. We had a great weekend away and wouldn't hesitate to hire the van again. Communication from Chris was prompt and helfpul. The van was clean and had everything we needed.

This van was perfect for us! As a couple, it was great to have everything we needed - the bed was comfy and the shower was surprisingly a good size. We went off the grid for three days with no problems at all. The van was easy to tow and had everything needed for a fantastic trip across outback NSW. We would definitely hire again! Thanks, Chris!

Fantastic holiday. Easy to tow, super comfortable bed. Plenty of room inside. Chairs x 4, table, BBQ, outdoor mat all supplied. Such a great van. Perfect for two. 2 x bunks as well but we just used those as storage space. Plenty of storage in and around the van. The bedside light... short click for blue light, longer click for white reading light.. :) Chris was great to deal with. Super easy communication.

Our holiday was awesome, the only issue we had was the condition of the van. Chris and his partner are so easy to communicate with - super friendly but we believe that some hirers take advantage of their kindness by leaving the van in a dirty state, which then leaves issues for the next hirer. We willingly carried out electrical repairs, just to have the fridge working while driving. We also had an electrical problem with intermittent indicator lights working. We were an all girls team, so I challenge the previous hirers - surely they could smell the dead frog in an outside cabinet. Again a big thanks to Chris - we would hire from you again! Thanks

The van was very well setup, Easy to setup and pack up, Chris gave an extensive run through on all of the operations of the van and it made the trip so easy! Would highly recommend Dirt Gear Caravan hire to anyone!
